SUMMARY
can anyone say missed ins and missed outs??? holy crap i haven't seen a week like that since our normal sucking in the playoffs...12 in fines for missed outs??? in one week??? that ties our whole first half fines for missed outs...that's f'n horrible....not the way we wanted to start the second half...we went 5-10....there is no way we should have lost that bad to that team....i'm still annoyed...ughghghggh...
THE LOW LIGHTS
it's a new half and "dolla bills" were flying...we had 30 in fines this week...are you f'n kidding me...we haven't had that much in fines since the first week of last half when we had 32 in fines...and that's when Teddy contributed 12 in fines all by himself....horrible first week for everyone...TRUMPETS SOUND!!!! some things change but some stay the same....Jr is the winner of the prestigious "Skippy Award"...with 6 in fines he takes top billing again...but don't worry there were four idiots right behind him with 5 in fines (Ed, John, Jeff, Kenny)...Andy rounds out the fines with 4....absolutely horrible display of hitting ins, outs and scores...hopefully this is from the layoff...i hope we shoot better this week...
Well 2/3 of the team didn't shoot over a 50 average....Johnny (45.12), Jr (44.61), Andy (41.81) and Kenny (48.41)...and Andy managed to have the lowest average of the night and he had 2 very nice scores of 114 and 121 back to back...just goes to show how horrible the rest of his shots were...so my new favorite stat...the "under the covers" stat....if we look under the covers once again we see that EVERYONE had at least 1 game average under a 40....Ed (36.33), Johnny (38.33), Jr (27.00), Andy (32.00), Jeff (35.80) and Kenny (30.33)....also if we look even closer we can see that 36.7% of our shots were under a 40...I think we have to strive for that percentage to be closer to 20-25%....we need to stay consistent from shot to shot and game to game...
There were 2 under 9's....Ed (7)....Jr (7)...not very good...we had in total 8 under 20's...that's really not very good...
Well missed ins killed us again tonight....we had 14 missed ins....and the so-called "A" team really sucked at the ins with 10 of those 14...Jeff had 4 missed ins....Johnny and Andy each had 3 missed ins....
Well we sucked at outs last night...we had 25 missed outs...holy f'n crap...maybe we should start shooting on monday nights....i don't even think we're good enough for tuesday nights with pathetic displays like that...Ed, John, Jr and Kenny led the way with 5 missed outs...Jeff had 3 and Andy had 2....talk about crapping the bed...focus....
Andy was the only shooter to shoot under a 2.0 in cricket...he shot a 1.67...
Andy had the worst record of the night a 1-6....Jeff and Johnny went 2-5....and everyone else went 3-4.....not exactly tearing it up huh???
THE HIGH LIGHTS
We had a decent team average of 49.85....Jeff led the way with a 62.38 average...but I don't think I ever got into a real groove...Ed had a very nice 56.74 average....
We had 7 tons this week...Jr, Andy and Jeff led the way with 2 tons....Kenny also contributed 1 ton...Ed had the 2nd highest average of the night and did it without throwing any tons...nice consistent darts Ed...Andy and Kenny had the high scores of the night with 121....
Ed and Jeff led the way with 3 double ins each...but as a team we only shot at a 36.36% double in rate....not very good...we need more support from the 2nd and 3rd shooters when the 1st guy misses...we shouldn't ever have fines for missed ins...everyone has to start doing their part...
Kenny led the way with 2 double outs....Ed and Andy each had 1 out ....but as a team we shot a pathetic 13.79% double out rate....that's a little worse than 1 out of 6....we NEED to hit those outs...
As a team we shot a 2.24 cricket average...but it still equated to 2 losses....Jeff led the way with a 2.83 average...Jr (2.57), Kenny (2.25), Ed (2.00), Johnny (2.00) rounded out the scores over 2.0...but we need to start winning these games....
Jeff, Jr and Kenny each shot 3 >=3-mark rounds...Ed had 2 >=3-mark rounds...and Johnny and Andy each had 1 >=3-mark round....
Nobody had a winning record for the night...that's horrible...

CONCLUSION
Well this half couldn't have started any worse....on the bright side we padded our drinking fund by 30 in fines...but 25 missed outs and 14 missed ins is very unacceptable...as much as i'd like to take the team on my shoulders every week it isn't possible...we need EVERYONE to contribute...
Next week we play our foes Curran's...hopefully our real team will show up this week...practice so you don't suck...
