SUMMARY
The second half started out pretty good when we jumped up 3-1...unfortunately it didn't end quite as well as we went 3-8 in the last 11 games...not very good...but on the bright side we had 5 shoters with an average over a 50...we had 6 shooters with a ton...and we had 3 shooters with outs...other than that we looked very rusty from a long layoff...
THE LOW LIGHTS
"dolla bills" lined the kitty last night as we owed 19 in total team fines...we had a tie for the "Prestigious Skippy Award" with Ed and Andy both posting 4 in fines...Ed had 1 missed in, 1 missed out and 2 squats in cricket...Andy had 2 under 20, 1 C-rule and 1 missed in...Jr had 3 fines for 1 under 20, 1 missed in and 1 missed out...Ted had 3 in fines ofr 1 missed in, 1 missed out and 1 squat in cricket...Johnny had 2 in fines for 1 missed in and 1 squat in cricket....Bill had 2 in fines for 2 under 20's...Jeff had 1 fine for a missed in...
this week we hit our goal of a 50 team average with a 51.83 average...the only shooters under a 45 average were Bill (34.36) and Ed (43.10)...
as team we shot 32.79% of our shots under a 40...if we look deeper under the covers once again we see that these culprits had more than 30% of their shots under a 40...Bill led the mess with 61.54% of his shots under a 40...Ed had 50.00% of his shots under a 40...Jr had 44.44% of his shots under a 40...Ted just misses the mark with 31.25% of his shots under a 40...and the following shooters had at least 1 game average under a 40...Ted (24.00), Bill (24.00), Jr (25.67), Johnny (30.50), Ed (31.67), Andy (32.80)...that's a lot of names on these lists...
Bill shot a 7 for the only single digit score of the night...
this week we had 10 missed ins...Ed had 3 missed ins...Jeff and Ted had 2 missed ins each...Johnny, Jr, Andy each had 1 missed in...Bill didn't even get a shot at an in...
this week we had 27 missed outs...i'm thinking that's a lot...we have to do better hitting those doubles...Ed and Jr each had 6 missed outs...Ted had 5 missed outs...Johnny had 4 missed outs...Andy and Jeff had 3 missed outs each...Bill was a perfect 2 for 2 at the outs...
Ed had the lowest cricket average of the night with a 0.67....his partner in crime Ted wasn't far behind with a 0.83 average...Bill (1.17) and Johnny (1.80) round out the under 2.0 club...
Ed had 2 0-mark cricket rounds...Johnny, Ted and Bill each had 1 0-mark cricket round...
Ted had a 0.00% win rate...can you hear Dean Wormer in the background says ZERO POINT ZERO...I sure can...Ed and Jr had a 16.67% win rate...
THE HIGH LIGHTS
we started the half with over a 50 team average...this week our team average was 51.83....Andy led the way with a very nice 64.86 average...Jeff (59.99), Ted (55.50) and Johnny (50.77) round out the over 50 club...nice shooting...Jr (46.51) sneaks in to the over 45 club...
let's look "over the covers" again this week...i think it's important to recognize the people that average over a 40 every game...and those shooters that shoot better than 70% of their shots over a 40.....Jeff (90.91% or 2 shots), Andy (77.78% or 4 shots) and Johnny (76.47% or 4 shots) were the shooters to have over 70% of their shots over a 40...Jeff (49.33) was the only shooter to average over a 40 every game...
this week we had 9 team tons...Ted led the way with 3 tons....Jr had 2 tons...Ed, Johnny, Andy and Jeff each had 1 ton...Bill wasn't "in the mood" to have any scores in the triple digits...
Andy had the high score of the night with a 133...Ted had a 125 and Jr had a 120...
Jeff had 3 double ins...Jr had 2 double ins...and Ed, Johnny and Andy had 1 double in each...Ted went 0-2 at the ins...Bill didn't have a shot at the ins...

not exactly the best night we had...we started out good then went into too many 3 game losing streaks...well hopefully we knock off more rust next week...
