Darts 2013/2014 - 2nd Half - Red Rooster (home) - Playoffs

SUMMARY

ok the playoffs are here...we came in 4th place and we are playing Red Rooster at home...we have all 7 people...we actually shot pretty decent averages....but we had double digit missed ins and double digit missed outs which most likely cost us the night...plus we only won one cricket game....and lost that elusive game 15....we didn't play to our potential this whole 2nd half...we gave it a good go last night going to the 15th game but too many little things prevented us from pulling out the night...oh well there is always next year...and for you deadbeats that didn't pay your fines...don't worry they WILL carry over...get a paper route...hold up a "I STINK AT DARTS...PLEASE HELP ME PAY MY FINES" cardboard sign on the corner...whatever it takes...

CONCLUSION

after a very lackluster 2nd half we put up a valiant effort in the playoffs...we had decent averages...but we had a combined 34 missed ins and outs...that ain't going to get it done...plus we continue to shoot sub par in cricket...I guess we can officially say goodbye to Andy for next year...but Matt has improved greatly over this half...if he continues to improve he might wind up being the "A" shooter on the "B" team...the rest of you grisly veterans you gotta find a way to get better or at least consistent...take a few months off...try picking up a dart every now and then...we can't continue to play this bad next year...not winning sucks...
