Darts 2014/2015 - 1st Half - Polonia (home) - Playoffs (semis)

SUMMARY

So we finish the first half in 1st place...we have off for thanksgiving week...we played last night in the semi-finals of the playoffs against Polonia...we played well against them the 2 times during the regular season....but as everyone knows during the regular season we don't always see the same team that shows up in the playoffs...we normally aren't great after a bye week...and boy did that show last night...we start the night off neck and neck at 3-3...then all of a sudden we are down 3-5...we win a 501 game then we win a cricket game and we are all tied 5-5...they win the next 801 (and by the way we went 1-3 in 801 last night...horrible)....but we finally catch our break and win the next 3 games to win the night 8-6...we are going to the finals next week most likely against the other Lazy Joes team...we have to come next week and play much better if we expect to win...

CONCLUSION

very inconsistent week...but the good news  is that we pulled the win off...but there isn't any chance we can win next week unless we re-group and focus on doing the simple things correct...we only went 1-3 in 801...that's unacceptable...we have to do a better job...we did a nice job going 2-0 in cricket...we were only 2-3 in our first (5) 501 games...we finally put it together at the end winning the last (3) 501 games in a row...the game is simple....hit the ins and outs and be consistent in your scoring...if we can do that we have a chance to be the "champs" next week...
