| week 4...we had 4 people call out...so finally we get to see what we can do with only 6 people...and the one thing we realized early was that we were going to be collecting some fines...and oh boy did we....we come out and lose the first game of the night....then we win 3 in a row...then we lose a cricket game that was very winnable...but we wound up pulling out the night 10-5...much better flow to the night with only the 6 shooters...maybe we need a a home and away squad...haha |

I thought last week's 26 in fines was a lot...but that's nothing compared to this weeks 36 in fines...only 1 shooter owed 2 or less....everyone had an under 20, everyone had fines for missed ins...but it all shakes out as having Bobby as the winner of the prestigious "Skippy Award" with a dozen (12) fines....just 1 shy of Teddy's record of 13...

after 2 weeks of missing our team goal of a 50 team average, we manage to smash it with a very nice 57.22 team average...up over 10 points from last week...Jeff had over a 75 average (helped by the game with a 140 average)...I'm in a good mood after a double digit win week...plus I have the power of the pen....so i'm rounding up John, Ed and Matt all to a 55 average...also rounding Bobby up to a 45....so all in all 5 out of 6 shooters with over a 55 average...see that wasn't too hard was it...now let's see if we can keep the consistency going week after week...

3rd week with double digit missed ins...once again I'm using the power of the pen to move Ed up into a higher bracket since he did hit all 4 of the double ins...2 shooters combined for 8 double ins...and 4 shooters combined for a toral of 0-14 at the ins...we need everyone to step up and start hitting the doubles .... need a more balanced team approach....

ok after two weeks in a row losing by double digits, we come out last night with 6 shooters and win 10 games...very nice effort...we had nice averages...we were very sloppy at the ins....we owed mega amount of fines...but nothing is better than collecting a bunch of fines and winning by double digits....next week we play away at Brickhouse...let's keep the winning ways coming along...
