| SUMMARY |
| Week #10...it's our make-up week from when we got snowed out....Andy is missing so we are shooting with 6....we are tied for 4th place going into the night...so we need a big week to get into the playoffs...unfortuately we didn't live up to the task as we didn't really play very well...it all started when we jumped out to a huge lead in game one and miss around 8 out shots...a few games later we also miss about 7 more outs...terrible....we jump down immediately 1-6....then we go 1-2 over the next 3 games including a very sloppy cricket....we did finish the night well going 4-1 but too little too late...we lose the night 6-9....standings aren't posted yet but unless Union Tap loses by double digits then we are likely going to miss the playoffs.... |

we had 33 team fines...that's our highest total since week one...and Andy wasn't even here...I mean WTF????? we really spread them around too....4 under 20's...9 C-rules...6 missed ins...6 missed outs...8 squats in cricket...2 shooters with 2 fines each...3 shooters between 5-7 fines each...and Matt was the winner of the prestigious "Skippy Award" with 11 in fines...I mean 11 in fines including 5 C-rules...how f'n hard is it to hit the board....

21 of the past 22 weeks we had a team average over a 50....this week we shot a 51.31 team average....1 shooter over a 60...1 shooter over a 50...4 shooters in the 40's...after 20 years of shooting darts maybe people can start averaging over a 50 more consistenly????

we hit double digit tons 6 of the past 10 weeks...but this was not one of those week...we only had 7 team tons and they were only from 2 shooters....maybe if we didn't have 9 C-rules and kept some darts on the board we might have had more of them...Ed, John, Matt and Jr weren't "in the mood" to throw any triple digit scores...

not exactly the way to shoot on a night where we really needed to win the night...way too many missed outs...way too many fines...4 shooters under a 50 average...4 shooters under a 2.0 cricket average....I sure hope everyone asks Santa for new darts, new dart board, dart improvement plans, better eye hand coordination, better will to win, I could keep going but I think you get the point....in case anyone don't get it the long and short is losing sucks so let's plan on not doing that next half...final standings aren't posted yet but I'd have to assume we are going to miss the playoffs....hope everyone has a great Xmas and New Years...save up b/c everyone owes a bunch of fines...
