| Week 2 and we are away at Kings Highway...not the team that beat us in the championship last season but the old Coach's Team...once again we had all 7 shooters - well at least for part of the night...the Eagles were on so that was a little distracting...but a big win for them...unlike us who lost 7-8....rust continued to show last night as we had 3 shooters still under a 42 average...but as a team we averaged around a 53....we had double digit tons and 5 of 7 shooters had a ton...we did a great job at the ins with only 4 missed ins...we had 3 shooters with an out...but 4 of 6 shooters had under a 2.0 cricket average and we only won 1 cricket game...maybe a little less skills machine and texting heart emojis to your loves and a little more focus and maybe we can start playing and winning more consistently... |

this week we had 18 team fines...7 under 20's...4 C-rules...3 missed ins...4 squats in cricket...John and Jeff didn't have any fines...Ed R even with leaving early still found a way to be the winner of the prestigious "Skippy Award" with 4 in fines...but he had company Ed T, Ted and Marty also had 4 fines each...

1 of the past 2 weeks we had a team average over a 50....this week we shot a 53.03 team average which was significantly helped by Jeff shooting almost a 90 and Johnny shooting a 60...it's a lot of hard work to pull these sub 45 averages up...we need everyone to start hitting higher scores.......we had 3 shooters under a 45 average....2 shooters under a 50...1 shooter over a 60...and 1 shooter over an 85....everyone needs to shoot over a 50 if we want to be competitive...and our goal is to have at least a 55 team average or better...we got some work to do here....

as a team we shot 66.36% of our shots over a 40...we had 2 shooters over 84%...we had 1 shooter at 70%...1 shooter over 60%...and 1 shooters over 55%...and 2 shooters under 45%.....remember the math here...if you hit 2 of what you are aiming at you will score over a 40....2 19's and a 3 is 41....2 20's and a 1 is 41...not great scores but over 40...it's not that hard...focus boys....
