week 9...some appletinis were flowing early...we got our new shirts..."Ashton"...not "Aston"...we played Post Office #1 at a neutral location...and we proceeded to get whipped 5-10...
THE LOW LIGHTS
"dolla bills" came raining down for the 2nd week in a row...this week we had 25 in total fines...Ed stays at the top for the 3rd week in a row as the winner of the prestigious "Skippy Award"...Ed had 8 total fines...2 under 20's, 5 missed ins and 1 squat in cricket...Jr had 7 in fines...2 under 20's, 4 missed ins, and 1 squat in cricket...Bill had 6 in fines...1 under 20 and 5 missed ins...Ted had 3 in fines...2 under 20's and 1 missed in...Andy had 1 fine for under 20...Jeff and Johnny were fine free...
this week we missed our team goal of a 50 average and only posted a 47.87...Ed had the low average of the night with a 39.50...Bill (42.31), Johnny (44.92) and Jr (44.97) each finished in the under 45 club...
as team we shot 36.07% of our shots under a 40...if we look deeper under the covers once again we see that these culprits had more than 30% of their shots under a 40......Bill had 58.82% of his shots under a 40...Ed had 56.25% of his shots under a 40...Jr had 44.44% of his shots under a 40...Andy and Ted both just misses the mark with 33.33% of each of their shots under a 40...and the following shooters had at least 1 game average under a 40...Jr (26.00), Bill (27.80), Ted (31.50), Ed (32.33), Johnny (38.25) and Andy (38.50)...that's alot of names on these lists...
Jr shot a 7 twice and Ted shot a 9 for the scores in single digits...
this week we had another horrendous week with 20 missed ins...Ed and Bill led the mess with 5 missed ins each...Jr (4), Andy (2), Jeff (2), Johnny (1), Ted (1) had the rest of the missed ins...
this week we had 9 missed outs...that's not because we did a great job at the outs...it's more like we didn't get down to many out shots...Andy led the way with 3 missed outs...Johnny, Ted and Bill each had 2 missed outs......Ed and Jr didn't even get a shot at an out...and Jeff was 1-1 at the outs...
the almighty self proclaimed king of cricket (Jr) was silenced this week with a pitiful 0.83 average...Ed (1.14), Johnny (1.57) and Ted (1.67) all fall short of the 2.0 average...
Ed and Jr each had 2 0-mark cricket round...Johnny had 1 0-mark cricket round...
Ed had a 0.0% win rate last night...that comes out to 0-6...Jr only had a 16.67% win rate...Ted and Bill each had a 33.33% win rate...
THE HIGH LIGHTS
after 4 weeks in a row with over a 50 team average this week we fall short...this week we only had a 47.87 team average...Jeff led the way with a 67.20 average...Andy (49.33) and Ted (46.58) round out the over 45 club...
let's look "over the covers" again this week...i think it's important to recognize the people that average over a 40 every game...and those shooters that shoot better than 70% of their shots over a 40.....Jeff (88.89% or 2 shots) and Johnny (82.35% or 3 shots) were the shooters to have over 70% of their shots over a 40...Jeff (46.33) was the only shooter to average over a 40 every game...
this week we had 3 team tons...Jeff, Ted and Bill each had 1 ton...Ed, Johnny, Jr and Andy weren't "in the mood" to have any scores in the triple digits...
Bill had the high score of the night with a 125...
Ed had 3 double ins, Andy had 2 double ins...John, Jeff and Ted each had 1 double in...Jr was 0-4 at the ins...Bill was 0-5 at the ins...
Andy led the way with 2 double outs last night...Jeff and Ted each had 1 double out...
Bill led the way with a 2.50 cricket average...Jeff (2.00) rounds out the over 2.0 club...
Bill (3 @ 50.00%) led the way with 3 >=3-mark rounds...Jeff and Ted each had 1 >=3-mark rounds...
Johnny, Andy and Jeff finished the night with exactly a 50% win rate...

501-5 -- Andy gets in...Ted hits a ton....Andy takes the game out...PS...Andy also hit a double bull when corking for the game....
501-6 -- Andy and Jeff miss the in...Johnny gets a nice 63 in...another loss...
501-7 -- 4 rounds of missed ins...way to pad the kitty...Ed finally gets in to avoid the shutout fee...but too little too late...the culprits were Ed, Jr and Bill...obviously a loss....
501-8 -- Andy misses the in...Ted gets in...Ted takes the double 1 out....
Cricket-3 -- Jr shoots 2, 1, 1, 0, 0, 1...Ted shoots 1, 2, 3, 2, 1, 1....we finish the night with a loss...and we lose the night 5-10...

CONCLUSION
well we finished the night 5-10...not a great night...only a 47.87 team average...only 2 shooters over the covers...20 missed ins...only a 1.61 team cricket average...next week is Thanksgiving...so enjoy your week off from darts and have a nice holiday...the following week we play Harringtons away....remember it's the last week so time to settle up the fines...
