SUMMARY
week 8...Johnny calls out sick...Jeff was sick most of the week...videos and megatouch were a distraction...we lose the night 6-9 but somehow move up in the standings...we are now in 3rd place by 1 game...
THE LOW LIGHTS
"dolla bills" came raining down this week...we had 22 in total fines...Ed and Ted for the second week in a row tie for the prestigious "Skippy Award"...Ed and Ted each had 5 total fines...Ed had 1 under 20, 1 C-rule, 2 missed ins and 1 squat in cricket...Ted had 3 under 20's and 2 missed ins...Bill had 4 in fines for 1 under 20, 2 missed ins and 1 missed out....Jeff and Andy each had 2 missed ins and 1 missed out...Jr had 2 missed ins...
Bill continues to struggle at the average and for the 2nd week in a row posts the low average of the night with a 41.58...Ted hits a 44.39 average to round out the under 45 club...
as team we shot 34.62% of our shots under a 40...that's a decent improvement over last week...if we look deeper under the covers once again we see that these culprits had more than 30% of their shots under a 40......Bill had 45.45% of his shots under a 40...Ed had 43.48% of his shots under a 40...Ted had 40.00% of his shots under a 40...Jr just misses the mark with 31.82% of his shots under a 40...and the following shooters had at least 1 game average under a 40...Ed (32.00), Bill (33.80), Ted (35.50) and Jr (38.57)...
Bill shot a 7 for the only score in single digits...
holy crap...can someone please hit the damn triple ring....this week we had a horrendous 21 missed ins...Ed led the mess with 6 missed ins (actually 0-6)...Jeff and Jr each had 4 missed ins...Bill had 3 missed ins...Andy and Ted each had 2 missed ins...that's a lot of missed ins and cost us a lot of games...
this week we had a disgusting 27 missed outs...that's more than double the number of missed outs we had last week...not very good...Jr (0-5) , Andy (0-5) and Ted had 5 missed outs each...Ed (0-4), Bill and Jeff each had 4 missed outs...
Ed and Andy had the lowest cricket averages of the night with 1.33...and they were the only 2 shooters under a 2.0 this week...I guess we can see a glimmer of hope there...
Ed, Jr and Bill each had 1 0-mark cricket round...
Ted and Ed each had a 28.57% win rate...Jr, Andy, Jeff and Bill each had a 42.86% win rate...my quick math shows that nobody had over a 50% win rate...
THE HIGH LIGHTS
for the 4th week in a row we hit our goal of over a 50 team average...and this week once again we had 4 shooters with over a 50 average...Andy with the help of his 2 Ton-33's led the way with a 55.52 average...Jeff (53.79), Ed (53.46) and Jr (52.43) round out the over 50 club...it's nice to see Andy and Jr step it up fir the 2nd week in a row...
let's look "over the covers" again this week...i think it's important to recognize the people that average over a 40 every game...and those shooters that shoot better than 70% of their shots over a 40.....Jeff (82.61% or 4 shots) and Andy (70.00% or 6 shots) were the shooters to have over 70% of their shots over a 40...Jeff (43.00) and Andy (41.33) were the only 2 shooters to average over a 40 every game...
this week we had 10 team tons...Ed and Andy led the way with 3 tons each...Jr and Jeff each had 2 tons...Ted and Bill weren't "in the mood" to have any scores in the triple digits...
Andy had the high score of the night with two 133's...Jr had a nice 121...good scores guys...
Ted, Jr and Jeff led the way with the 2 double ins each...Andy and Bill each had 1 ins...Ed was all 0-6 at the ins...
Ted led the way with 2 double outs last night...Jeff and Bill each had 1 double out...
Jeff led the way with a 2.71 cricket average...Ted (2.40), Jr (2.29) and Bill (2.00) round out the over 2.0 club...nice to have 2/3 of the people on this list...
Jr (4 @ 57.14%) led the way with 4 >=3-mark rounds...Jeff had 3 >=3-mark rounds...Ted had 2...Ed, Andy and Bill each had 1 >=3-mark rounds...
Nobody finished the night with over a 50% win rate...

CONCLUSION
well we finished the night 6-9...Johnny was missing...Jeff was a bit under the weather...the other people on the team were distracted....not exactly a great night...somehow we move up to 3rd place...Andy hit 2 nice 133's...Ted took 2 games out...we had 66% of our shooters over a 50 average in '01 and 2.0 average in cricket...so we keep showing flashes of brilliance...we just need it all to come together if we get to the playoffs...next week we play Post Office away...hopefully their bar is finally done...
