SUMMARY
Week 6 and we post our 2nd winning week of the half...we beat Beefseekers 8-7....
THE LOW LIGHTS
"dolla bills" were at 20 this week...the winner of this weeks prestigious "Skippy Award" is Matt...Matt was chasing after a "Teddy" but just fell short and missed the 10 fines by 1....Matt had 9 in fines (2 under 20's, 6 C-rules and 1 missed out)....6 C-rules??? wow I haven't seen that many shots off the board since Skippy and "C" were both on the team...Ted had 4 fines (3 under 20, 1 missed out)...Johnny had 3 fines (1 under 20, 1 missed out and 1 squat in cricket)...Andy had 2 fines (1 for under 20 and 1 C-rule)....Jeff and Jr each had 1 fine for under 20....
this week we hit our goal of a 50 team average...we had a 51.35 team average...but these hooligans didn't contribute to the cause....Matt had the low average of the night with a 38.94...Jr rounds out the under 45 club with a 43.94...
as team we shot 36.36% of our shots under a 40...if we look deeper under the covers once again we see that these culprits had more than 30% of their shots under a 40....Matt led the way with 59.09% of his shots under a 40...Ted (45.45%) and Jr (40.91%) all had more than 30% of their shots under a 40...and the following shooters had at least 1 game average under a 40...the following are their low game average of the night...Matt (23.00), Jr (31.50) and Ted (33.40)....
Ted shot a 9 twice....Jeff shot a 7 and Matt shot a 7....you know I hate single digit scores...esp when I hit them....
this week we only had 7 missed ins...that's a good job....John had 3 missed ins...guess going first isn't too fun....Ted had 2 missed ins...Jr and Jeff had 1 missed in each...Andy was a perfect 1 for 1 and Matt was a perfect 2 for 2....
holy missed outs batman...this week we had 22 missed outs...Johnny led the mess with 5 missed outs...Jr, Ted and Matt each had 4 missed outs...Andy had 3 missed outs and Jeff had 2 missed outs...
The following shooters shot less than a 2.0 average in cricket...Matt (1.38), Jr (1.60), Ted (1.60), John (1.67) and Andy (1.89)...feel bad for Andy who started out his match on fire only to fizzle out when it came to the cork....
John and Andy each had 2 0-mark cricket round...
Ted and Matt only had a 42.86% win rate each...
THE HIGH LIGHTS
this week we hit our goal of a 50 team average...this week we had a 51.35 team average...Jeff had the highest average of the night with a 62.31 average...I guess the 3 last minute tons helped the cause b/c I shot like crap most of the night...Johnny had a very nice 58.56 and Andy finally woke up and shot a very nice 57.99 to round out the over 55 club...Ted shot a 46.34 to round out the over 45 club...
let's look "over the covers" again this week...i think it's important to recognize the people that average over a 40 every game...and those shooters that shoot better than 70% of their shots over a 40.....Andy (80.95% or 4 shots) had a very impressive night...John (73.91% or 6 shots) and Jeff (72.73% or 6 shots) also shot more than 70% of their shots over a 40....the following shooters averaged over a 40 each game....these are their lowest game averages...John (45.67), Jeff (40.67) and Andy (40.00)....
this week we had 12 team tons...Johnny led the way with 4 tons...Jeff and Ted had 3 tons each...Jr had 2 tons...Andy and Matt weren't "in the mood" to have any scores in the triple digits...
Jr had the high score of the night with 124...Jeff also shot a 106...
Jeff led the way with 3 double ins (3 @ 75.00%)...Matt went 2 for 2 at the double ins...Andy went 1 for 1 at the double ins...John and Ted had 1 double in each...Jr went 0-1 at the ins...
Jeff had 3 double outs and took the lead back from Johnny...Ted had 2 double outs...Matt and Jr had 1 double out each....
Jeff was the only shooter with over a 2.0 average....Jeff had a 2.29 cricket average...
Johnny, Andy and Jeff led the way with 3 >=3-mark rounds each...Jr, Ted and Matt each had 1 >=3-mark round...
Jeff had a 71.43% win rate...Johnny, Jr and Andy had a 57.14% win rate....

CONCLUSION
well a winning week...about f'n time....team average over a 50...double digit tons...single digit missed ins...not bad on the '01 games...Andy had a huge rebound week....he took his sub 40 average and averaged almost a 60 this week to bring his YTD average finally over a 40...next week we play whatsitsname away....
