SUMMARY
Week 8 and Matt was not able to make it....Ed is still training on craps...so we wind up playing with 5 shooters all night...they picked the extra shooter all night which if you read the quotes you'll see how that went...we started out very slow going 0-4 in 801...that was the only time we did that this half...we wind up ending the night 6-9....
THE LOW LIGHTS
"dolla bills" were at 18 for the 2nd week in a row...the winner of this weeks prestigious "Skippy Award" was a tie between Jr and Andy...Jr (1 under 20, 1 missed in and 1 missed out) and Andy (2 under 20's, 3 missed ins) both had 5 in fines...Johnny (2 missed ins and 1 missed out) and Ted (1 under 20, 1 C-rule and 1 missed out) both had 3 in fines...Jeff had 2 in fines for 1 under 20 and 1 missed in...
this week we hit our goal of a 50 team average...we had a very impressive 56.65 average...the only shooter below a 45 average was Jr with a 43.77....
as team we shot 26.55% of our shots under a 40...that is a very good job...if we look deeper under the covers once again we see that these culprits had more than 30% of their shots under a 40....Jr was the only shooter with 46.43% of his shots under a 40...and the following shooters had at least 1 game average under a 40...the following are their low game average of the night...Jr (22.00), Ted (23.00) and Andy (31.00)....
Ted shot a 5 and Jr shot a 7 for the single digit scores of the night...
we went from 3 missed ins last week to 15 missed ins this week...Jr had 6 missed ins (0-6)....Andy and Jeff had 3 missed ins each...JOhnny had 2 missed ins...Ted had 1 missed in...

THE HIGH LIGHTS
this week crushed our goal of a 50 team average...this week we had a very impressive 56.65 team average...Jeff had the highest average of the night with a very high 74.18 average...Johnny had a very nice 62.48 average...Ted had a 58.69 average...Andy had a 51.35 average to round out the over 50 club...nice scores this week guys...
let's look "over the covers" again this week...i think it's important to recognize the people that average over a 40 every game...and those shooters that shoot better than 70% of their shots over a 40.....Johnny (86.96% or 3 shots), Jeff (85.00% or 3 shots), Andy (73.91% or 6 shots) and Ted (73.68% or 5 shots) all shot more than 70% of their shots over a 40....it's nice to see almost everyone's name on this list....the following shooters averaged over a 40 each game....the following is their low game average...Jeff (52.17) and Johnny (43.00)...
this week we had 14 team tons...Jeff had half of those by chucking up 7 tons...Johnny had 3 tons...Jr had 2 tons...Andy and Ted each had 1 ton...it's nice to see everyone "in the mood" to chuck triple digit shots...

not a very good week...we should have done much better in the win and loss column...too many missed ins and outs...we had nice averages...but if you can't hit the doubles you can't win...next week we play Tom's at home...
