SUMMARY
After our little bump in the road we come back this week and beat the first place team 9-6...not sure we did anything much better or different than last week in terms of shooting but at least we got the right result in the win column...the one distinction I did see was that we finally won 2 cricket games and actually we had a chance to win all 3 cricket games...but we struggled at the cork in the one loss...we did once again have a lot of missed outs (19)....but we did have nice stats including a 51.10 team average...only 5 missed ins...11 tons...a 2.27 team cricket average...keep up the good work...only a couple more weeks till the playoffs...
THE LOW LIGHTS
"dolla bills" were at 19 this week...I guess was too busy on facebook or something to concentrate this week...Ted captures the prestigious "Skippy Award" this week with 6 total fines...Ted had 4 under 20's, 1 C-rule and 1 missed out...Ed (2 under 20's and 1 missed out) and Jr (2 under 20's and 1 squat in cricket) both had 3 in fines...Johnny ( 2 missed ins and 1 squat in cricket) and Andy (1 missed in and 1 missed out) both had 2 in fines...Jeff had 1 fine for a missed in....and Matt had 1 fine for a squat in cricket...
this week we hit our goal of a 50 team average with a 51.10 team average...Matt had the low average of the night with only a 37.50 average...Ted rounds out the under 45 club with a 41.87....
as team we shot 35.11% of our shots under a 40...BUT...if we look deeper under the covers once again we see that these culprits had more than 30% of their shots under a 40...Matt had 61.54% of his shots under a 40...Ted had 54.17% of his shots under a 40...Ed had 50.00% of his shots under a 40...wow...3 shooters with more than 50.00% of their shots under a 40 is pretty bad...and the following shooters had at least 1 game average under a 40...the following are their low game average of the night...Ted (22.50), Ed (27.00), Matt (29.00) and Jr (35.00)...
For the 3rd week in a row we have scores in the single digits...Ted shot a 9 and a 7...Jr shot a 9...
this week we only had 5 missed ins...and 3 of those misses were in 1 game...nice job...Ed had 2 missed ins...John, Andy and Jeff had 1 missed in each...Jr was a perfect 2-2 at the ins...and Ted and Matt didn't even get a shot at the ins...
we had 19 missed outs this week...we have to stop having so many misses....it's costing us wins...Ted led the way with 5 missed outs...he was actually 0-5 at the outs...not very good...Ed had 4 missed outs...Jr and Andy had 3 missed outs each...Johnny had 2 missed outs...Jeff and Matt had 1 missed out each...
The following shooters shot less than a 2.0 average in cricket...Matt (1.57) and Jr (1.83)...
Ed, John, Jr, Jeff and Matt all had 1 0-mark cricket round...
Ted had a 33.33% win rate...Matt had a 40.00% win rate...
THE HIGH LIGHTS
this week we had a 51.10 team average...Jeff led the way with a 68.08 team average...Andy (59.12) and Johnny (51.98) round out the over 50 club....Jr (49.75) and Ed (45.13) round out the over 45 club...Andy very nice average this week...
let's look "over the covers" again this week...i think it's important to recognize the people that average over a 40 every game...and those shooters that shoot better than 70% of their shots over a 40...and this week we have an unlikely leader in the club house....Andy (87.50% or 2 shots) had the best % of shots over a 40....Jeff (85.71% or 3 shots), Jr (75.00% or 5 shots) and Johnny (70.59% or 5 shots) all shot more than 70% of their shots over a 40...it's nice to see so many names on this list this week...the following shooters averaged over a 40 each game....the following is their low game average...Jeff (51.00), Andy (46.33) and Johnny (45.67)...
this week we had 11 team tons...Jeff for the 3rd week in a row led the way with 6 tons...Andy had 2 tons...Johnny, Jr and Ted had 1 ton each...Ed and Matt weren't "in the mood" to chuck any triple digit score...
