| Week #5 and Hop is out with a bad back...we are back shooting at home this week against Dagwoods (the old Reds / Red Rooster)...we know they are going to be a tough team...but we jump out to a 2-0 lead...and for the next 8 games we split....then we win 2...lose 2...win then lose....so we squeak the night out 8-7.... |

for the 3rd week in a row we hit our team goal of a 50 team average...this week we just hit it with a very nice 55.01 average...Jeff was over a 75...5 other shooters over a 50 including Teddy who I took a little liberty with the power of the pen...he busted on a 112 out shot right before the other team took the game out...since it was the last shot and the poor guy needs as much motivation as possible i'm wiping out his 0 which would have put him at around a 44 average to let is true night shine through with over a 50 average....don't take this sign of kindness as weakness...I'm pulling a special circumstances...likely won't happen again...haha...and we have 2 shooters under a 40....

Jeff shot over 90% again....making it 4 out of 5 weeks shooting over 90%...Frank, John and Ed all shot over 2/3rd of their shots over a 40....very nice...Ted and Jim were both over 60%...still have 2 shooters under 45%....

after 4 weeks of single digit missed ins we kinda went off the rail with 15 missed ins...we collected 9 in fines for missed ins and we lost all 3 games when we missed a round of ins....not very good at all...if our first shooters aren't getting in we need the 2nd and 3rd shooters to pick them up...we should never be going a round with everyone missing the ins...on the bright side 6 people contributed to outs...and Marty didn't get a shot at an out...

3 winning weeks in a row...now we have to come out next week and avenge our 1st week loss....some nice averages this week...some bad in shots this week...a few decent cricket shooters this week...if you break everything down we won in 801 4-0....in 501 we only went 3-5...and in cricket we only went 1-2....we have a lot to improve upon...but looks like our mojo is finally starting to click....we are half way done the 2nd half now...only 5 regular season weeks left....time to put up or shut up...
