Darts 2016/2017 - 2nd Half - Little Lit (away)

this week we were away against Little Lit....Ed takes his 2nd day off this year....we jump out to a 6-2 lead which included 2 wins by the "B" team...after that the "A" team continued their winning ways finishing the night 7-0...while the "B" team couldn't squeak out any more wins essentially going 2-6....when we put that all together we have a nice team win at 9-6....we need to have the "B" team find more ways to win...once we hit the playoffs you have to find a way to get at the very minimum 3-4 wins including the crickets...let's get it done...

we shot 7 of the last 8 weeks with a team average over a 50...this week we had a 51.93 team average....Jeff shot over a 70...Andy and John shot over a 50...Ted and Matt shot over a 40....Hop shot under a 40...

as a team we shot 62.50% of our shots over a 40...Jeff and John both finished over 90%...Matt was over 70%....Hop and Ted were both under 35% which is completely unacceptable...Hop and Ted combined only had 13 shots out of 42 shots over a 40 which equates to 29 shots under a 40...let's put that into a little perspective...Jeff only has 21 shots under a 40 for the whole half...and Johnny only has 37...gotta be more conistent and hit the targets you are aiming at....

CONCLUSION

with Matt back the "B" team doubled their win output to 2 wins...ughghgh....but on the bright side...Ed missed 2 weeks this season and we won both weeks...the "A" team stepped up winning all 7 games...we only have 1 week left  in the regular season...we catapulted from last place to second to the last place...so if things stay the way they are we would be playing Little Lit in 1st round of playoffs......but the bottom 4 teams play each other so I guess anything can happen...
