| Week #10....everyone showed up last night except Johnny who went to the Phillies opener....we have a chance to win the first game but instead we miss 7 double outs...then essentially we were winning every other game...and we snuck in an extra cricket win this week...but we only wind up 7-8....luckily it was just enough to keep us in 2nd place and give us a bye in th efirst round of the playoffs...so we will play next week by ear and see if people want to get together....because god only knows that we need the practice.... |

as a team we shot 64.23% of our shots over a 40...Jeff was over 85%...Matt and Jr were over 70%...Andy was at 55%...and the 2 veterans were under 50%...don't know how many times I have to say this...aim for the fat part....it really isn't that hard to hit 2 of what you are aiming at...and if it is maybe you need a new hobby....

we hit double digit tons 14 of the past 21 weeks...this week we had 13 team tons....that was led by a very impressive 8 tons by Jeff...now let's put that in perspective...that is equal to or greater than everyone's (except Johnny) amount of total tons for the half....Matt and Andy had multiple tons....Jr had 1 ton....Ed and Ted weren't "in the mood" to throw any triple digit scores...

not the way we wanted to get ready for a playoff run...we had 4 winning weeks then 2 losing weeks at the end of the half....way way too many missed outs last night...we could have easily won the night if we could hit our outs...the good news is it looks like we should finish the half in 2nd place which would give us a bye....so that means we need 16 more wins...who's ready to do that????
