| SUMMARY |
| It's playoff time...we came in 2nd place and had a bye...so this week we play Bob's Tavern at home....Ted is throwing up so he didn't make it...Jr got there late so we started the night with a loss...then a win...we went back and forth the first 4 games...then went on a 3 game losing streak to make it 2-5....then it was 3-6...cricket time and ole faithful pull out the win...we put the A team back out for back to back to back to tie the night at 6-6...oh no a round of missed ins...but the B team stays in the game and Jr finds a way to hit a double 3 to put us up 7-6....Bob's shoots a nice game to tie it at 7-7....so as it often does it comes down to cricket....and a nail biter it was....and it went a painstaking 26 rounds....but our boys hung in there to get the "W" and we are now off to King's Highway next week for the finals... |

although we don't collect fines in the playoffs...but if we did we would have had 22 team fines...9 under 20's...4 C-rules...3 missed ins...6 squats in cricket...that's a lot of fines for a normal week but for a Semi-Final match we HAVE to do much better....Jr was the winner of the prestigious "Skippy Award" with 10 in fines...hopefully you fix your ear issues by next Thurday...we need you firing on all cylinders....

31 of the past 34 weeks we had a team average over a 50....this week we had a team average of 53.43....Jeff led the way with over an 80 average...Johnny and Ed came to play both shooting over a 57 average...Jr, Matt and Andy you guys are going to have to do MUCH better next week in the finals...under a 45 isn't going to cut it....

as a team we shot 65.00% of our shots over a 40...Jeff was at a perfect 100%...John and Ed shot over 67%...Andy was at 58%...and Jr and Matt were under 50%...don't know how many times I have to say this...aim for the fat part....it really isn't that hard to hit 2 of what you are aiming at...and if it is maybe you need a new hobby....

it was dicey there for a while...got down 3-6....got it back to 6-6 but the "A" team was done....the "B" team came up huge winning 2 of the last 3 games...next week we play in the Finals against Kings Highway...they are a much better team than we faced last night...so EVERYONE is going to have to come ready to shoot and do their part....we are going to need games out of the "B" team next week so let's find a way to get them early and often...great job last night staying in the game...only 8 wins away...let's get this done!!!
