SUMMARY
we keep our winning streak going by just sneaking by Bog Side...we won 8-7...their team was shooting very well...they had a lot of high scores and were hitting the doubles pretty good...we actually shot fairly well also...we had a team average of 52.55 and a team cricket average of 2.01...we only had 3 shooters with outs...Jr had a very impressive 4, Jeff had 2 and Ted had 1...
THE LOW LIGHTS
"dolla bills" kept flying again this week...we owed 23 team fines...Ed and Jr tied for the prestigious "Skippy Award"...Ed (6) had 2 under 20's, 2 missed ins, 1 missed out and 1 squat in cricket...Jr (6) had 3 under 20's, 2 missed ins and 1 missed out...Andy (4) had 2 under 20's, 1 C-rule and 1 missed in...Ted (4) had 1 under 20, 2 missed ins and 1 missed out...Jeff (2) had 1 under 20 and 1 missed in...Johnny had 1 missed in...
Ed had the lowest average of the night with a 37.78...Andy rounds out the under 45 club with a 42.29...
lets look "under the covers" this week...we shot 31.03% of our shots under a 40....a nice improvement over last week...but if we look deeper under the covers once again we see that these culprits had more than 30% of their shots under a 40...Andy led the way with 55.56% of his shots under a 40...Ed had 50.00% of his shots under a 40...and the following shooters had at least 1 game average under a 40...these are their lowest game average...let me classify these for you...here's the pathetic category (0-30)...Andy (25.00) and Jeff (28.00)...the still not so good category (31.00-39.99)...Ed (31.50), Ted (33.00), Jr (33.00) and Johnny (38.50)...in case you are hard of reading AGAIN...that's everyone on our team with at least 1 game with an average under a 40...not very good...especially having it happen in back to back weeks...
We had 2 under 9's this week...Ed (5) and Jeff (5)...
we had 12 missed ins this week...Jr led the way with a horrendous 4 missed ins...Ed had 3 missed ins...Ted had 2 missed ins...Jeff, John and Andy each had 1 missed in...
this week we had 22 missed outs...just a little higher than the 6 we had last week...ughghgh...Ed led the mess with 7 missed outs...Ted had 6 missed outs...Jr had 5 missed outs...Johnny and Andy had 2 missed outs each...Jeff was a perfect 2 for 2 at the outs...
Andy jumps off the bench ready to get back into the cricket foray...at least he improved from his normal 1.0 average...but he still ends the night with the lowest cricket average of 1.50...Ed shot a 1.50 and Johnny shot a 1.83 to round out the under 2.0 club...
we had 2 squat shots at cricket...Ed had 1 and Andy had 1...
Andy had the lowest win rate of only 28.57...Jeff and Johnny each had a 42.86% win rate...not very good...
THE HIGH LIGHTS
another good week with the averages...we had a team average of 52.57...Jeff led the way with an impressive 72.74 average...Ted had a very nice 63.19 average...Jr hit a 51.59 average...and Johnny rounds out the over 45 club with a 47.85 average...
let's look "over the covers" again this week...i think it's important to recognize the people that average over a 40 every game...and those shooters that shoot better than 70% of their shots over a 40...nobody shot over a 40 average every game...that's some weak ass shooting for the 2nd week in a row...Jeff (85.00% or 3 shots), Johnny (83.33% or 3 shots), Ted (80.00% or 4 shots) and Jr (70.00% or 6 shots) were the shooters with over 70% of his shots over a 40...good job...
this week we had 10 team tons...I love double digit tons...Jeff led the way with an impressive 6 tons...Ted had a nice night with 3 tons...and Jr had 1 ton...Ed, Johnny and Andy weren't "in the mood" to have any scores in the triple digits...
Jeff and Ted had the high score of the night with 140...Jr had a nice 125...Jeff also had a 121, 108 and 103 (which was an in shot)...
Jeff led the way with (4 @ 80.00%) at the double ins...Jr had 2 double ins...Ed and Ted had 1 double in each...and Johnny and Andy both went 0-1...
Jr had a very nice night with an impressive 4 double outs...Jeff had 2 double outs and Ted had 1 double out...
Jr led the night with a 2.50 average in cricket...Jeff was right behind him with a 2.43...Ted rounds out the over 2.0 club with a 2.25 average...
Jeff led the way with (3 @ 42.86%) >= 3-mark rounds...Johnny (2), Jr (2), Ed (1), Andy (1) and Ted (1) had the other >= 3-mark rounds...
Ed, Jr and Ted finished the night with a 71.43% win rate each...
