SUMMARY
Week 7 we are away against the first place Post Office #3...it was back in forth in the first couple games...then we went on a 3 game losing streak in the 501's...then then we went on a 6 game winning streak to finish the night 9-6...very good job against the first place team...
THE LOW LIGHTS
Fines were at a total of 14 this week...that is our lowest total for this half...but of course we still need to have a winner of the weeks prestigious "Skippy Award" and that person is Jr...Jr had 5 in fines for 2 under 20's, 1 C-rule and 2 squats in cricket...Ed (2 under 20's, 1 C-rule and 1 squat in cricket) had 4 in fines...Johnny (1 under 20 and 1 squat in cricket) and Ted (1 under 20 and 1 C-rule) both had 2 in fines...Andy had 1 fine for an under 20....Jeff and Matt were fine free...
this week we missed our goal big time with only a 47.13 average...the following people didn't help in the cause...Matt H had the low average of the night with a 42.07...Ted (42.42), Jr (42.84), Ed (43.58), and Andy (44.47) all shot under a 45 average...that's a lot of names on this list....
as team we shot 40.58% of our shots under a 40...that is not very good...if we look deeper under the covers once again we see that these culprits had more than 30% of their shots under a 40...Ed 52.00% of his shots under a 40...Jr and Andy both had 50.00% of their shots under a 40...Ted had 47.62% of his shots under a 40...Matt had 42.86% of his shots under a 40...5 out of 7 shooters with more than 40% of their shots under a 40 is pretty disgusting...I'm still trying to figure out how we won the night...and the following shooters had at least 1 game average under a 40...the following are their low game average of the night...Jr (22.00), John (29.33), Andy (34.33), Ed (34.50), Matt (36.67) and Ted (38.00)....
Ed shot a 2 + 2 bucks...Matt had a 6 (but it was under a 100 and going for a set shot)...
we did a good job at the double ins this week...we only had 5 missed ins...Ed had 2 missed ins...Johnny, Jeff and Matt had 1 missed in each...Jr, Andy and Ted were all a perfect 1-1 at the ins...
this week we had 13 missed outs...Jeff led the way with 4 missed outs...I stink...Ed, Jr, Andy and Ted all had 2 missed outs...Johnny had 1 missed out...Matt didn't even have a shot at an out...
The following shooters shot less than a 2.0 average in cricket...Jr led the mess with a measly 1.17...Ed (1.36), Matt (1.40), Johnny (1.67) and Andy (1.83) all had lower than a 2.0 cricket average...for the past 3 weeks we had 5 people under a 2.0 in cricket...at least this week we found a way to win 2 cricket games...
Ed and Matt both had 4 0-mark cricket rounds...and somehow they won their game...go figure...Jr had 3 0-mark cricket rounds...Johnny had 2 0-mark cricket rounds...Andy and Jeff each had 1 0-mark cricket round...
Johnny only had a 40.00% win rate...
THE HIGH LIGHTS
we missed our goal of a 50 team average by only hitting a 47.13 team average......Jeff led the way with a 60.88 average...Johnny had a 52.60 average to round out the over 50 club....so 2 people over a 50 and 5 people under a 45...not a very balanced night...
let's look "over the covers" again this week...i think it's important to recognize the people that average over a 40 every game...and those shooters that shoot better than 70% of their shots over a 40.....Jeff (86.36% or 3 shots) and Johnny (75.00% or 4 shots) were the shooters to shoot over 70% of their shots over a 40...the following shooters averaged over a 40 each game....the following is their low game average...Jeff (44.67)...
this week we had 3 team tons...no wonder why we had so many shooters with less than a 45 average...Jeff led the way with 2 tons...Ed had 1 ton...John, Jr, Andy Ted and Matt were all "not in the mood" to chuck any triple digit shots...very weak effort this week...
Ed and Jeff had the high score of 100...
Jeff (3 @ 75.00%) led the way with 3 double ins...but the following people were 100% at the ins...Jr and and Ted were all 1-1 at the ins....Ed had 2 ins....Johnny and Matt were both 0-1 at the ins...
Jr led the way with 3 double outs to get back to being tied for the YTD lead...great job Jr...Ed had 2 double outs....Johnny and Jeff had 1 double out each...Andy, Ted and Matt H didn't have any outs...oh wait I didn't have to change anything from last week on that last sentence...the 3 stooges once again not contributing to the outs...
Jeff had the high cricket average of the night with a 2.56...that's right only 1 name on this list for 3 weeks in a row...
Jeff (5 @ 56.56%) led the way with 5 >=3-mark rounds...Ed, John, Andy and Matt had 2 >=3-mark rounds each...Jr had 1 >=3-mark rounds...
Matt had a 80.00% win rate...Ed had a 71.43% win rate...Ted had a 60.00% win rate....Jr and Jeff had a 57.14% win rate...Andy had a 50.00% win rate...

CONCLUSION
week 7 the stats weren't very good but somehow we pull out 9 wins over the first place team so I guess we can't complain too much...but let's just point out a few things....5 shooters under a 45 average...only 3 tons...5 shooters with more than 40% of their shots under a 40...3 shooters without a double out...5 shooters under a 2.0 average in cricket...15 0-mark rounds in cricket...on the good side we had only 5 missed ins...only 14 in fines and we won 9 games...it's good to see that we find ways to pull out games...but how about picking up the action boys...next week we play Columbia Social Club at home...they are in last place...so let's try and take advantage and get a bunch of wins...
