SUMMARY
for the second week in a row we fall to defeat...but yet again we shot fairly decent...the double ring killed us again...18 missed outs...10 missed ins....we did have a 51.73 tram average and a 2.01 team cricket average...but a losing week of 6-9 is not good...
THE LOW LIGHTS
"dolla bills" were back up again...this week we had 20 in fines...Ted (6) had the most fines and captured the prestigious "Skippy Award"...3 under 20's, 2 C-rules and 1 squat at cricket...Ed (4) had 1 under 20, 2 C-rules and 1 missed in...Jr (4) had 1 under 20, 1 missed in and 2 squats at cricket...Johnny (2) had 1 under 20 and 1 missed in...Andy (2) had 1 missed in and 1 squat in cricket...Bill and Jeff each had 1 fine for missed in...
Ed (36.13) for the 2nd week in a row posts a sub 40 average...Ted rounds out the under 45 club with a 41.18 average...
lets look "under the covers" this week...we shot 32.77% of our shots under a 40....that's actually pretty good...but if we look deeper under the covers once again we see that these culprits had more than 30% of their shots under a 40...Ed led the crap parade again with 69.23% of his shots under a 40...Andy had 46.67% of his shots under a 40...Ted had 44.44% of his shots under a 40...and Bill had 41.67% of his shots under a 40...and the following shooters had at least 1 game average under a 40...these are their lowest game average...Bill (26.00), Ted (28.67), Ed (28.75), Andy (29.33) and Jr (30.00)...
We had 4 under 9's this week...Ted led the way with 3 shots under a 9...and one of those shots was a f'n "1 and 2 bucks"...are you kidding me??? I haven't seen a score that bad since Skippy was on the team...Ted's single digit shots were 1, 7, 9...Jr had the other single digit shot with a 5...way too many single digit shots...
we had 10 missed ins this week...Jr led the way with 3 missed ins...Jeff and Bill had 2 missed ins each...and Ed, Johnny and Andy had 1 missed in each...Ted was a perfect 1 for 1...
this week we had 18 missed outs...that's what I call not hitting the doubles...Johnny, Jeff and Ted each had 4 missed outs...Ed and Jr had 2 missed outs each...Andy and Bill had 1 missed out each...that many missed outs isn't ever going to get the job done...especially when the other team wasn't missing...
Andy gets a reprieve and is back to his old cricket tricks....Andy only posts a measly 1.00 cricket average...Ed (1.71) and Jr (1.75) round out the under 2.0 club....
we had 5 squat shots at cricket...Jr and Andy had 2 each...and Ted had 1 squat shot...
Ed only had a 20.00% win rate...Bill (25.00%), Jr (28.57%) and Ted (33.33%) round out the under 50% win rate club...
THE HIGH LIGHTS
for the third week in a row we have a team average over a 50...this we had a team average of 51.73...Jeff led the way with week with a 63.60 average...Johnny was right behind him with a very solid 61.64...Jr remains consistent with a 57.32 average...Andy (47.05) and Bill (45.31) round out the over 45 club...
let's look "over the covers" again this week...i think it's important to recognize the people that average over a 40 every game...and those shooters that shoot better than 70% of their shots over a 40...Jeff (50.50) and Johnny (47.33) were the only shooters with over a 40 average every game...Johnny (94.44% or 1 shot) led the way with a very impressive night...Jeff (86.96% or 3 shots) and Jr (70.00% or 6 shots) were the other shooters that had over 70% of their shots over a 40...very nice job having multiple people on this list...consistency is key...keep up the good work...
this week we had 8 team tons...Jeff led the way with 3 tons...Jr had 2 tons...Johnny, Andy and Ted had 1 ton each...Ed and Bill (for the second week in a row) weren't "in the mood" to have any scores in the triple digits...
Jeff and Jr had the high score of the night with a very impressive 140...Andy had a nice 104...
Jeff led the way (3 @ 60.00%) at the double ins...Jr had 2 double ins...Ed, Johnny and Ted had 1 double in each...Andy was 0-1 and Bill was 0-2...
Johnny and Jr had 2 double outs each...Andy had 1 double out...Jeff and Ted went 0-4 each...Ed went 0-2 and Bill went 0-1 at the outs...on the bright side it's nice to see my boys Johnny and Andy pick me up since i couldn't hit a double out to save my life...
Johnny rebounds nicely from his couple week slup at cricket and leads the way with a solid 2.67...Jeff shot a 2.50 and Ted shot a 2.43 to round out the over 2.0 club...
lots of >=3-mark rounds this week...Johnny, Jr, Jeff and Ted each had 3 >=3-mark rounds...Ed had 1 >=3-mark rounds...and Andy (of course) doesn't have any...I mean how could he and average a 1.00...Jr gave you a shot and you didn't capitalize...
Jeff and Johnny finish the night with a 57.14% win rate...Andy finished with exactly a 50% win rate...

801-1 -- wow what a good start to the game...Jr starts with a 120...Ed follows that up with an 85...Ted follows that up with a ton...Jr follows that up with an 85...then only 1 score over a 45 in the next 9 rounds...but who cares because Jr bangs the out for the first win of the night...
801-2 -- unfortunately our game didn't get off to quite the bang...Jeff started with a 26...Johnny followed up with a 19...Andy followed up with a 45...Jeff followed up with a 28...later Jeff hits a 140...and we had this nice round at the end of the game...Johnny (83), Andy (83), Jeff (97)...but too little too late...a loss...

501-1 -- 2 missed ins (Jr and Ed)...Ted hits double 14, double 20, single 20 just to rub it in how easy those doubles are...Ted later hits a 7...Jr takes out his second game of the night...
501-2 -- Jeff gets in...Johnny takes the game out...woohoo back to back wins...
501-3 -- 4 missed ins...Ed gets in...Ted hits an 85 as the last shot of another losing effort...

501-5 -- Jr gets a 52 in...then his next 3 rounds hits a 81, 70 and 51...nice game Jr...unfortunately you didn't have any help...esp with this shot...Ted hits a 1...yes you read that right dart fans...a lousy stinkin "1"...wow at least he owed 2 bucks for it...Editorial Note: one dart bounced out...but i'm sure that would have only been another 1...haha...
501-6 -- Jeff hits a 76 in shot...Johnny takes the out for the win...
501-7 -- Jr gets on...Ted hits a cork with his first dart (somehow???)....and only winds up with a 35...Jr hits a very nice 140...Bill steps to the line with 112 left...first dart hits trip 20...leaving 52...so a fat single 20 is in order...but Bill finally decides to have a nice grouping and bangs another trip 20 for the bust...ughghghgh...that's another loss in the books...
501-8 -- Jeff shoots a 102 in...Johnny follows that up with a 95...and the next round Johnny shoots an 83...Andy follows that up with a 104...the next round Andy takes the game out...
Cricket-1 -- Ed shoots 1, 1, 1, 5, 2, 1, 1...Ted shoots 1, 2, 5, 4, 2, 3, 0...another loss...

CONCLUSION
missed ins and outs hurt this week...the other team wasn't missing so we needed to take advantage when we could...unfortunately we didn't....once again we had over a 50 team average (no thanks to Ed's sub 40 average for the second week in a row)...we also had over a 2.0 average in cricket...but only 1 win out of that...we had 20 in fines...let's refocus and come ready to play next week...we will be playing Prince Cafe at home...
