SUMMARY
week 2 we played Tom's pub...Andy was a late minute scratch and we shot with just 6 shooters...looked like it was going to be another rough week with losses in the first 2 games...but we found a little rhythm here and there to win the night 8-7...
THE LOW LIGHTS
well the second week showed how bad we are with the good ole "dolla bills"...this week we had 27 in total fines...that's a lot of bad shooting...and the winner of the prestigious "Skippy Award" is the NOT the little loud guy Andy (probably only because he wasn't there)...but this week it was Ed with a horrendous 8 in fines...Ed had 4 under 20's, 1 missed out and 3 squats in cricket...not exactly what I would consider a good week...stop puckering up it's only darts...have some fun...or maybe even try practicing a bit...Ted (2 under 20's, 1 C-rule, 1 missed outs, 1 squat at cricket) and Bill (3 under 20's, 1 C-rule and 1 missed in ) each had 5 in fines...Johnny (2 under 20's, 1 missed in and 1 squat at cricket) and Jr (3 under 20's and 1 missed out) each had 4 in fines...Jeff had 1 in fines for missed in...
Ed had a very rough 38.86 average...Jr continues his lackluster average with only a 40.71...Bill had a 42.04 average to round out the under 45 club...
as team we shot 39.68% of our shots under a 40...if we look deeper under the covers once again we see that these culprits had more than 30% of their shots under a 40......Ed led the mess with 68.18% of his shots under a 40...Jr (58.33%), Bill (47.37%) and Ted (36.36%) all had more than 30% of their shots under a 40...and the following shooters had at least 1 game average under a 40...Ed (25.60), Jr (32.40), Bill (32.67), Ted (38.00) and Johnny (38.80)...
well from 0 under 9's last week to 4 under 9's this week...Ed had 2 (7, 7), Johnny had 1 (9)and Ted had 1 (7)...
this week we did a decent job with the in shots with only 8 missed ins...Jr had 3 missed ins, Jeff had 2 missed ins, and Ed, Johnny and Bill all had 1 missed in...and Ted was a perfect 1 for 1...
We had 16 missed outs...Johnny led the mess with 4 missed out...Ed and Ted had 3 missed outs each...Jr, Jeff and Ted had 2 missed outs each...
Ed posts the lowest cricket average for the 2nd week in a row with a god awful 0.71...not good by any standards...Ted only had a 1.33 cricket average and Johnny's 1.80 cricket average rounds out the under 2.0 club...
Ed had 3 0-mark rounds in cricket...Johnny, Ted and Bill each had 1 0-mark cricket round...
Ed and Ted finished the night with only a 42.86% win rate...
THE HIGH LIGHTS
this week we missed our goal of over a 50 team average again...as a team we came in with a 49.80 average...Jeff had the highest average of the night with a very impressive 70.43 (if i would have just thrown that last dart off the board at the 128 out instead of busting my average would have went from 70.43 to 77.40)...Johnny (55.02) and Ted (51.75) had over a 50 average...
let's look "over the covers" again this week...i think it's important to recognize the people that average over a 40 every game...and those shooters that shoot better than 70% of their shots over a 40.....Jeff's was the only shooter who shot over a 40 average in each game...actually his lowest average was 52.33 which was higher than everyone else's (except Johnny's) regular average...Jeff (95.24% or 1 shot) and Johnny (83.33% or 3 shots) were the shooters to have over 70% of their shots over a 40...
this week we had 9 team tons...Jeff led the way with 7 tons...Ed and Johnny had 1 ton each...Jr, Ted and Bill weren't "in the mood" to have any scores in the triple digits...
Jeff had the high score of the night with a 139...he also had a 134 and a patented 112 on...Ed had a nice 116...
Jeff (3 @ 60.00%), Ed (2@ 66.67%) and Ted (1 @ 100%) led the way with double ins this week...Johnny and Jr each had 1 double in...Bill went 0-1...
Jeff and Ted had 2 double outs each...and Jr and Bill had 1 double out each...
For the 2nd week in a row Jr led the way with a very impressive 3.75 cricket average...Jeff shot a 2.33 and Bill shot a 2.25 average to round out the over 2.0 club...
Jr (2@ 50.00%), Johnny (2 @ 40.00%) and Jeff (2 @ 33.33%) all had 2 >=3-mark rounds...Ted and Bill each had 1 >=3-mark rounds....
Johnny, Jr, Jeff and Bill each had a 57.14% win rate...

CONCLUSION
Very streaky week again...but we finished the night in solid fashion winning 5 out of 6...but we only won 3 out of 9 to start the night...we have to start the night out better especially at home where we should be comfortable with the board....next week we are home again against Prince Cafe...
